People worked really hard at Bolt, and we recognized them for doing so. This little booklet was another internal "Empowerment Team" project. Each team member had to draw a name from a hat and find out what that person had worked on that year that had been really successful and that they were proud of, as well as what their boss and their reports were most impressed by. We brought it all together into a "zine", very inexpensive but very effective.
