Astor Center is a new, beautiful space above Astor Wines & Liquors on Lafayette Street. They hold tasting events, classes and presentations there, and also rent areas of it for private events. This mailed brochure is to introduce and promote the new space to event planners, playing up its location in the historic DeVinne Press building as well as the state-of-the-art features within it. The space was not yet finished, so the images are all renderings done by an architectural illustrator (sorry, I don't know his name).
