USER TESTING | INFO ARCHITECTURE

While freelancing for Katzenbach Partners LLC, I helped build an online tool for Marshall Goldsmith Partners management coaches to measure their success with their "coachees". First we interviewed them to find out what they needed, then created user test scenarios to get an even better understanding of how they would use the site, and then finally I did a detailed spec and handed it off to the designer. This is actually an image of the main Marshall Goldsmith Partners site which I was not directly involved in; I don't have an image of the intranet we did that I can show here but the aesthetic is the same.
