Yet another informal organization piece. This one is about the symbiosis of the formal and informal orgs, and was also the first piece in the report so we wanted to get the basic idea across very quickly. I found stock photos of offices and people interacting in offices, and then digitally drew in the people in color into black & white spaces to illustrate the vibrancy that the informal organization brings to a company.
